The sun is gone and It's getting colder.
Burn fuel to produce heat and survive.
Create your own factory make this process as efficient as possible.
It will soon be too cold to survive, but you can use automation to delay the inevitable.
Campfires and Furnaces burn wood and coal to produce heat.
Place down Miners to get resources out of ore nodes.
Use Smelters to convert Iron Ore to Iron Ingots.
Inserters move items between buildings automatically!

Loved this little game! Wish I would've thought to shift click while building earlier on tho, would've saved me a lot of time.

i am now at 1.00 % heat. 400K=boiling.

(1) Too CPU intensive: Around 60-70% CPU. It slowed my gameplay down to a crawl, and made my PC slow responding. Sometimes I would end up GAME OVER from freezing before I could even move.

(2) Add difficulty levels (slow down how fast heat drops, etc) and maybe a sandbox mode to be able to experiment -- Especially with the high CPU issue! The farthest I have gotten was to build a smelter, and was just about to build a furnace. Then, a mis-click sent the wrong materials to the wrong place, and the CPU load made it take several seconds for my corrective actions to register in the game. By then, I froze.

nice job,

Chaining one mine into multiple furnaces using the crates massively boosted my heat production; I like how the game gets colder over time to give the impression of never having enough heat.
